The tree in the building

A few weeks ago I participated in a wonderful retreat of mindfulness. What a day it was!

Walking in the neighbourhood fully aware of what is around me, I saw this: a tree is coming out of the building (in the picture). Breaking every stone to find its way up/out.

It reminded me of all those walls I had to face to fulfil and achieve what I ever wanted. Like this tree, I didn’t give up as I saw my goal clear and nice in front of my eyes.

Think about yourself, how many walls are there in front of you now? What do you do in order to overcome them? You pass around them? You go straight in?

Let’s break the walls and use all that is inside of us to flourish!
