"What was supposed to be a dozen coaching sessions turned into much more than that. Efrat is so determined and has such a passion for coaching that she doesn't stop even if the imposed timing is exceeded. She has only one goal: to help the person who calls on her to move forward and develop as best they can. She makes every session very personal because she is prepared, she keeps a very close eye on the progress but also on the recurrent pitfalls in order to provide each session with an adapted follow-up. She does not limit herself to one technique, but when necessary, depending on the circumstances and the difficulty that arises, she adapts in order to provide a new tool so that "her client" can find another solution, another path, another possibility. From personal coaching on the "wheel of life" to professional questioning, many subjects were discussed during these sessions. This diversity of approach and open-mindedness meant that the coaching sessions with Efrat opened up possibilities for me, guided me to make decisions that I knew I had to make but didn't have the courage to tackle. She helped me to put my "failures" into perspective, to gain confidence in my abilities, to list my resources and to focus on what I want, not what others want me to do. There is still a lot of work to do but I know that in the future, if the need arises, Efrat will be there and will be able to accompany me again. Thank you!"
