When leaving for relocation, we often carry many things from the past. I dare to say more than that: we carry people, statements, judgments of others towards us.
It prevents us from feeling the experience to the fullest. It prevents us from having a real experience.
It is not easy to let go. What we carry are words, sometimes negative, from people who are very close to us. And sometimes we have doubts, which form a fertile ground for these words to penetrate and grow.
I highly recommend processing things and examining what is mine and what is other's. What do I take. And what do I release.

What do you carry in your cart?
