The Kaizen way helps you change via very small steps.
While finishing my doctorate, I worked with an editor. Those who work with editors know that when you get your paper back and see all these red marks and remarks, it is so overwhelming. Sometimes I was so discouraged that I raised my hand and wanted to give up. But I couldn’t. I’m not the kind of person to give up… so I developed a method to overcome it. I got rid of all the “red” and moved to treat one remark at a time… small steps which helped me reach my goal. Today I know it is called the Kaizen way…
My advice: divide your mission, into small, achievable steps and move forward.
When we move, we face so many obstacles and it looks like everything works against us. I suggest making a list and asking yourself what small step you will take today. Very small steps. Nothing more than a few minutes a day, nothing very costly…just one small step.
If you want me to help you to put a ‘one step at the time’ programme for you, contact me…It will be your very first step to finding your way.
